All JoyAmaze® products are considered as beverages. Despite being added with adaptogenic plant extracts, the products are not USFDA approved and therefore, are NOT health supplements. However the herbs used by JoyAmaze® did received approval from USFDA. The information we provided in all Our web sites, or provided at Your request is for general information purposes only. We DO NOT give information and DO NOT sell products for the purposes of diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any illness or disease. You must consult Your personal physician or health care specialist should You have any question or worries regarding Your health.
Your Account at JoyAmaze®
You MUST be 18 years and above if You want to purchase any JoyAmaze® beverages online or participate in any online store activities. You must create an online account via Our online store. You can create an account prior or during the checkout process or before participating in the activities. All Your information that You provided must be accurate, current and complete. If You do create an account, the confidentiality of the account password and restrictive access to the account is under Your responsibility. You also agree to bear the responsibility for all purchases and activities that happen under Your account. Should You become aware of breach of security of Your account, You must promptly notify us at email@example.com.
Joyamaze® Libation Program
Order: Process and Acceptance
JoyAmaze® reserves the right to accept or reject any order placed via its online store in Our sole discretion including for subscription of JoyAmaze® Libation Program. Before accepting any order, we may require any additional information if You initially fail to provide all necessary information needed for us to complete Your order. Authorization of payment will only be done if You provided all the essential information and we accepted the placement of order. The order will then be placed in line for shipment. For recurring order under JoyAmaze® Libation Program, a contract of monthly cycle order is formed when Your subscription for a certain order is approved, the product is in stock and able to be shipped on the day specified by the customer, whereupon after verification email from us that the product is available, the customer then made a successful payment transaction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your account and/or even block portion or Your full access to the websites if You fail to comply with these TERMS or any other terms and/or policies or for any other reason we deem as valid.
Product Availability and Pricing
Prices of products, related cost of shipment and tax are shown in USD (US Dollar). All items are subject to availability but JoyAmaze® have the right to restrict the quantity on any order, to reject whole or part of an order, and to discontinue any product or product line without notice, even if You have placed Your order. JoyAmaze® also reserves the rights to change prices of products without notice, and You agree that taxes rates may be changed from the amount shown on the payment transaction screens.
Payment and Billing Options
Payment must be received by us before we process any order. To make a payment for an order placed through JoyAmaze® online store, You have the option to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card; or Visa and MasterCard debit card. A submission of order means You are authorized to use the designated credit card and give authorization to us to charge Your order which includes taxes, shipping and handling to that card. If the transaction system cannot verified the card and if the card is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, Your order will be cancelled automatically.
Shipping and Handling
JoyAmaze® makes it a priority to ship all orders within one (1) business day, within the business hours, as long as the items are available. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time Standard. If You place an order after the business hours, from Monday to Thursday, we will process the order the next (working) day. If You place an order after the business hours on Friday, Your order will be processed on the first working day, the following week.
Currently we only serve in U.S and its territories. We do not ship to Canada or internationally. We ship all around U.S, U.S territories and APO/FPO addresses. You should allow one (1) to eight (8) business days for standard ground delivery, and 1 (one) to (5) day for express shipping, once a confirmed order has been shipped. If You prefer express shipping, please select that as Your shipping choice.
Customer bears the shipping charges unless waived by JoyAmaze®. Shipping charges will appear on Your invoice and can be viewed before You finalize Your order. The shipping charge shown during the checkout transaction process is subject to Your verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
Notification of Product Availability
We will try to accurately display product availability in the online store. If an item Your want to order is temporarily out of stock and You would like us to notify You via e-mail, just click the “get notified when this product is back in stock” link on the product page. If you have not log in or sign up before you click the link, the page will request you to do so. Within a period of one (1) month from the submission of your request, we will send the notification to Your e-mail once the product become available again. If the product is not available within one (1) month, you can submit another notification request. Sorry, currently, we do not offer back order service.
14-day Return and Refund Policy
JoyAmaze® offers a Return, Exchange or Refund if should you encounter shipping damages, defective products, wrong product(s) shipped within fourteen (14)-day time frame after you received Your product. If You are dissatisfied with the way the product taste, You are eligible for the return, exchange or refund provided the box returned is UNUSED AND UNOPENED. We tried Our best to provide You with the most accurate description about the body, flavor and aroma of each coffee based on Our experience. We trust You to read the description carefully and purchase the product with confidence and in good faith. There are a number of factors that can affect the taste, body and aroma of a coffee and other beverages. You are encouraged to e-mail to Us (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we can discuss and help You find a solution to get the best experience from the coffee You have purchased before opting to return the product. Please bear in mind that we do not extend the fourteen (14)-day return after You have contacted us. The return must be made within fourteen (14) days after You received the product, but if You order more than a box of the same type of beverage, You are eligible for return, exchange or refund policy where we only will exchange (if the exchanged product is of greater value You must pay the extra payment) or refund the unopened box, If You subscribe to monthly delivery system for the same coffee type, we will stop the subscription upon Your request.
How to Return Product(s):
- Fill in the JoyAmaze® Online Return Form, located at the bottom of the Online Shop. You will be contacted by a JoyAmaze® representative whereupon you will be supplied with return shipping label. You are advised to insure the return shipment.

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs up front. However in the case of defective product or wrong product shipped, JoyAmaze® will bear cost of exchanged product shipment. If the customer chose refund option instead, they can choose either to have it credited back to their account (only available to Customer who pay through PayPal) or request a JoyAmaze® Shopping Voucher. If You prefer other methods of refund payment, please e-mail using the e-mail stated below.

We try Our best to provide You with accurate information the best as we could; however, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, photographs, pricing or other information on the online store is accurate, complete, updated, or free of error. In addition, all weights and size dimensions are just approximation. If a product offered by JoyAmaze® is not as described or pictured, You can to return it unused and unopened for a refund. Should an error occur, whereby a payment is made; whether the error occur in the online store, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, in delivering a product or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise Your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund the payment. Your only option in the event of an error is to cancel Your order and e-mail Us using the e-mail email@example.com to discuss the best refund option methods for You.
