Shipping and Handling Policy
The JoyAmaze Shipping and Handling Policy is a part of JoyAmaze Terms of Sale and Services.
JoyAmaze makes it a priority to ship all orders within one (1) business day, within the business hours, as long as the items are available. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time Standard. If you place an order after the business hour, from Monday to Thursday, we will process the order the next (working) day. If you place an order after the business hour on Friday, your order will be processed on the first working day, the following week.
Currently we only serve in U.S and its territories. We do not ship to Canada or internationally. We ship all around U.S, U.S territories and APO/FPO addresses. You should allow one (1) to eight (8) business days for standard ground delivery, and 1 (one) to (5) day for express shipping, once a confirmed order has been shipped. If you prefer express shipping, please select that as your shipping choice.
Customer bears the shipping charges unless waived by JoyAmaze. Shipping charges will appear on your invoice and can be viewed before you finalize your order. The shipping charge shown during the checkout transaction process is subject to your verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
