14-day Return and Refund Policy
This 14-day Return and Refund Policy is a part of JoyAmaze Terms of Sale and Services.
Customer satisfaction is the utmost importance to us. However, we currently can only offer return and refund, under certain conditions. The refund is in the form of voucher redemption for products.
Conditions where Return and Refund of Product is Allowed;
i. If you are dissatisfied with the way the product taste, you are eligible for the return and refund policy. We tried our best to provide you with the most accurate description about the body, flavor and aroma of each coffee based on our experience. We trust you to read the description carefully and purchase the product with confidence and in good faith. There are a number of factors that can affect the taste, body and aroma of a coffee and other beverages. You are encouraged to contact us at 323-389-6118 so that we can discuss and help you find a solution to get the best experience from the coffee you have purchased before opting to return the product. Please bear in mind that we do not extend the 14-day return after you have contacted us. The return must be made within 14 days after you received the product. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURN AND REFUND OF OPENED AND USED BOX(ES), but if you order more than a box of the same type of beverage, you are eligible for return and refund policy where we only will refund the unopened box(es), If you subscribe to monthly delivery system for the same coffee type, we will stop the monthly subscription upon your request.
ii. If the product you received is defective or not the correct item from your order, you can return the product where we will refund the items with voucher for your next online purchase.
How to Return Product(s):
- Download and complete JoyAmaze Return Form, located at the Customer Service page or you can download here.
- Print the Return Form and complete it by hand.
- Send the form with the products you intended to return to the address below;

We process returns once a week. You will be contacted by email when your return has been processed.
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs up front. However, JoyAmaze will refund the return shipping cost for defective products or wrong products shipped in a form of voucher.
